Historic Culpepper Flag

The Culpeper Flag flag represents the minutemen of Culpeper County, Virginia. Its intention was to symbolize vigilance and deadly striking power. Philosophically, the only flag in US history that reflects the cause of the American Revolution, which was a bloody fight for freedom, is the 1775 coiled rattlesnake over the triumphant words:

DON'T TREAD ON ME

The Culpepper Flag (1775) is a stylized version of the original "Don't Tread On Me" Gadsen Flag supposedly used specifically by the Culpepper Minutemen of Colonial America who had the slogan "Liberty or Death". While not proven historically, research leasds us to believe this may be the infamous flag which was flown by the first Minute Men to engage British troops in what shortly thereafter became the Revolutionary War.

This 3'x5' historical Culpepper Flag printed on Perma-Nyl nylon with brass grommets is fully made in the USA. Pristine white flag with black detail including the coiled snake, "Dont' Tread on Me", "Liberty or Death" and the Culpepper Minutemen name.
