We currently provide shipping rates for the Lower US States only
on our website. Shipping on the website is for REGULAR
delivery ONLY. All orders are sent what we refer to as "Best Way"
to your particular zone. This means that depending on your location, package
weight & dimensions, type of address and such we will determine the fastest
and most efficient shipping platform from USPS, UPS, FexEX, AirMail and even
Freight for some items. Determining your shipping in this manner gives us
the flexibility to use the best and most efficient shipper for your package
every time. We CAN ship to APO addresses and are happy to assist our
US soldiers and civilians on duty overseas in any way we can.

Our policy is simple and straightforward. If you are not satisfied with
your purchase, we promise a refund, credit or exchange minus our actual
freight and handling charges incurred on the original order. In stock orders
are shipped with 2 business days unless otherwise noted on the specific
product description or a payment is delayed. Out of stock or back order
purchases will be notified within 1 business day of the status of the order
and be given the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a FULL Refund.
The following conditions apply:
1. The product must be in a resalable condition.
2. You MUST fill out our Return
Authorization form.
3. If the product is defective shipping is refunded as well.
4. If defective, you may choose between a refund, store credit or
exchange.
5. If you are dissatisfied with the product for any other reason you
can request a "Return Authorization"
and the product will be replaced or a store credit issued as you
wish.
6. Your packing slip must be enclosed in the returned package.
7. You must return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Purchase Returns and Exchanges
PRO-Webs/Outdoor Flag Store will accept merchandise returns for
Standard Delivery items within 30 days of purchase and issue the
appropriate store credit, replacement or refund (for defective products) at
the time of receipt by us only with a valid packing slip.
We appreciate your understanding that we cannot be responsible for
shipping problems with your return and encourage you to purchase
appropriate insurance and take proper packing safeguards with your shipment.
Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
Please be very careful while making your purchase, many of our items have
size, color, type and other qualifying options associated with the product.

DAMAGE IN SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for inspecting the order for damages or missing
items and reporting it within 24 hours. Reports after that time will not be
honored. Product damaged in shipment will be replaced at no additional
charge or credited to the credit card of original charge. The product must
be kept in its original shipping packaging for ten business days or until
the shipper makes inspection. Credit will be issued for the exact number
content of the damaged or missing merchandise.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty. Warranty
periods and services vary by manufacturer and product. Not all products are
covered by a manufacturer's warranty. After 30 days, the customer will be
charged the freight for replacement.
SHIPPING AND WEBSITE ERRORS
Should the customer receive product not expressly ordered either by our
shipping error or incorrect website information, the product will be picked
up by our shipper and replacements shipped at no additional charge.
DELIVERY
Your order will typically be delivered in 5 to 7 business days, and most
orders ship out the same day!
