Our policy is simple and straightforward. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we promise a refund, credit or exchange minus our actual freight and handling charges incurred on the original order. In stock orders are shipped with 2 business days unless otherwise noted on the specific product description or a payment is delayed. Out of stock or back order purchases will be notified within 1 business day of the status of the order and be given the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a FULL Refund. The following conditions apply:

1. The product must be in a resalable condition.
2. You MUST contact us for a return authorization and instructions.
3. If the product is defective shipping is refunded as well.
4. If defective, you may choose between a refund, store credit or exchange.
5. If you are dissatisfied with the product for any other reason you can request a "Return Authorization" and the product will be replaced or a store credit issued as you wish.
6. We will provide you an address to ship your product(s) to upon receipt of this form. Your packing slip must be enclosed in the returned package. DO NOT SHIP YOUR PRODUCT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A SHIP TO ADDRESS FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE.
7. You must return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery.

DO NOT SHIP YOUR ORDER ANYWHERE UNTIL YOU SPEAK WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE OR UTILIZE THE FORM BELOW. OUR PRODUCTS ARE OFTEN DELIVERED DIRECTLY FROM THE MANUFACTURER AND SHIPPING BACK TO THEM CAN CAUSE ADDITIONAL FEES AND DELAYS IN PROCESSING YOUR RETURN.

Purchase Returns and Exchanges

Alureon Industries/Outdoor Flag Store will accept merchandise returns for Standard Delivery items within 30 days of delivery and issue the appropriate store credit, replacement or refund (for defective products) at the time of receipt by us only with a valid packing slip.

We appreciate your understanding that we cannot be responsible for shipping problems with your return and encourage you to purchase appropriate insurance and take proper packing safeguards with your shipment. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

Please be very careful while making your purchase, many of our items have size, color, type and other qualifying options associated with the product. DAMAGE IN SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for inspecting the order for damages or missing items and reporting it within 24 hours. Reports after that time will not be honored. Product damaged in shipment will be replaced at no additional charge or credited to the credit card of original charge. The product must be kept in its original shipping packaging for ten business days or until the shipper makes inspection. Credit will be issued for the exact number content of the damaged or missing merchandise.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product. Not all products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. After 30 days, the customer will be charged the freight for replacement.

SHIPPING AND WEBSITE ERRORS
Should the customer receive product not expressly ordered either by our shipping error or incorrect website information, the product will be picked up by our shipper and replacements shipped at no additional charge.

Exchanges or Repairs:

Exchanges or repairs are provided on defective merchandise for the first 30 days. Defective merchandise "does not include" damage due to lightning, electrical surges, fire, flood, or other acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, repair or alteration by other than our factory service, negligence, or improper or neglected maintenance, or natural wear and tear.
Manufactures warranties and service procedures supersede OutdoorFlagStore.com's return service policy at all times. The first 30 days refers to the time period from the documented arrival of customers' package to the time the customer issues a return tracking number. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and non-refundable.
